WBI = (Web-Based Instruction)
is teaching and learning supported by the attributes
and resources of the Internet.
MUD = (Multiple User Dialogue)
is a multiplayer
real-time virtual world, usually text-based. MUDs combine elements of
role-playing games, hack and slash, player versus player, interactive fiction,
and online chat.
MOO = (Multiple Domain Object Oriented)
is a text-based online virtual
reality system to which multiple users (players) are connected at the same
time.
